Pastor J. Anthony Gilbert is an on fire minister of the word of God whose passion is to restore honor back to God’s house by bringing a fresh spirit of revival through his ministry.  His preaching is known as inspirational and prophetic. He is a graduate of World Harvest Bible College where Pastor Rod Parsley is the president.  He also has a Bachelors in Applied Theology from Logos Christian College in Jacksonville Florida.  He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Ministry.  He had a pastorate position at Rock of Revelation Church in Olean NY from 2001-2014 and also served as president of Kingdom Convergence which is a ecumenical conglomerate of Pastors and Ministers coming together to further the kingdom.  In 2014 God called Pastor Gilbert and his family to Pittsburgh Pa to serve at Covenant Church of Pittsburgh where Bishop Joseph Garlington resides as Pastor.  As of November 2015 they have been pastoring Another Level Ministries.  He is also the president of Another Level Bible Institute which was established in 2020.  Pastor Jay works closely with Cornerstone Television Network serving on the panel of Hard Questions.  Pastor Jay serves as the President of the newly founded East Liberty Women’s Care Center which he and his wife founded together.  He currently resides in Pittsburgh with his wife Tiffany and their two sons.

Tiffany Gilbert (known affectionately as Pastor Tiff) is an anointed woman of God whose passion is to always leave people hungry for more of God.  She is the First Lady of Another Level Ministries where she leads the Children’s Ministry and Women’s Ministry.  She serves often on Cornerstone Television’s show “Sister to Sister”.  She also has a passion to minister on marriage and relationships which she and her husband do frequently.  She has an extensive background in higher education which includes but is not limited to a high school director, program coordinator, and an account executive for a nationally and regionally accredited university.  She is currently the Vice President of the newly founded Another Level Bible Institute and is currently in the last stages of finishing her MsEd.  She is also the Executive Director of the newly founded East Liberty Women’s Care Center which is a pro-life pregnancy center which she and her husband founded together.  She has a passion for life loves to have fun and laugh.  She currently resides in Pittsburgh Pa with her husband and two young boys.
